Not Able to pay my Bill

I not able to pay the bill since the last two months. After I fill in the payment details and submit for the review, I get a message that the payment is declined and my xfinity account does not exist. How do I proceed with the payment?

Don't do anything if the account doesn't exist but they might go after you bill collectors don't answer those calls.
