No voicemail

I’ve spent many many hours with Xfinity tech support. I have not had mobile voicemail for over a YEAR AND A HALF!! No one can figure from tech support or the advanced team after phone resets, network reset, new SIM card and Apple support says it is not my phone. There’s a weird glitch on Xfinity’s end. I have 5 phones with service and the other 4 do not have the issue.
Every time I call I get the troubleshooting run around. Today I’m closing in on the 4 hour mark of working on this. Why can’t I for once get a contact person? I’ve been beyond patient but I’m reaching my wits end

@user_07b422  That would be very frustrating and we appreciate you reaching out to us.

Our team here on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and our Forum) cannot work with Xfinity Mobile accounts, as we do not have access to any of the systems or tools that team uses, as a matter of security so in this instance you will want to contact those experts directly.  I see that you mentioned you've called multiple times, have you reached out via one of their other contact methods?

You can contact our Xfinity Mobile support center via any of the following methods:
 • SMS Text Message: 1 (888) 936-4968
• Chat: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile

@XfinityShan why yes!! I’ve done all the contact methods possible. No call is less than over an hour of my time. There HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!

@XfinityShan - not to hijack the user's thread, but I came here today to find out if I would be able to get help with my phone problems "asynchronously" - without having to give up hours talking or texting on the phone.  (When I text with your Mobile team, they insist that I stay in the conversation, for some reason, instead of just taking my problem and solving it.)

WHY doesn't Xfinity dedicate some Mobile support techs to deal with issues within this forum??
