No Spam Folder on iPhone14
Cannot find a Spam or junk folder on the new iPhone 14 Max, Mail is working fine. Spam folder on the main online mail access. Trying to add the Spam or Junk folder, It does not show up in folder selections, nor can we create a Spam or Junk folder. We are now getting all our spam in our main folder, checked advanced settings & box is checked for spam to go to that folder.

Hello, I am happy to assist you with your email concerns. I understand do not see your spam folder. Have you tried uninstalling or reinstalling the application on the phone?
