No shipping or tracking for the iphone 12 pro, graphite, 128gb

I ordered the sapphire blue IPhone 12 pro and haven’t heard anything yet either. They even took my money for my down payment and the email said they are supposed to charge when shipped . I ordered a regular IPhone 12 for my daughter too and haven’t gotten any shipping info or update on that one either . They did not charge me yet for her phone though.

I got a confirmation today my daughters iPhone 12 is shipping but didn’t get an update on my pro . I’m thinking maybe the pros may be delayed ?

No update or email for me either. Customer support said it would ship overnight. I took off Friday just to sign for this package...Crossing my fingers I’ll get a FedEx notification this morning saying it’s moving. Frustrating to say the least.

What day did you order? I ordered mine Monday and wasn’t on back order but haven’t got an update yet ( blue iPhone 12 pro)

Like most I pre ordered on Oct. 16th. It indicated to be delivered by Oct. 23.

I received notice shipping label was created on Oct. 20 and sent to FedEx. FedEx sat on order for additional two days before shipping on Oct 22nd from Texas. Phone is coming to Atlanta, GA but deliver route shows item went from Texas to Indianapolis IN where it sat almost all day yesterday while it claiming delivery by Oct. 23 by 8pm.

When 8pm rolled in phone finally showed departed Indianapolis at 4:29p.

As of this morning phone now arrived in Memphis TN.

This is the worst. I usually buy direct from Apple but never have I had such a horrible shipping experience.

Item says standard overnight, which means Next Day Delivery. Likely by all accounts I won't receive if received at all until Monday.

I'm new to this service but after this I may stick with AT&T. Horrible.
 
*Update: Nothing really new, phone moved from Indianapolis to Memphis TN where its been sitting and STILL sitting since Saturday. I contacted Xfinity today and rep told me that the Fedex overnight delivery which my order states is wrong they only use 2 day shipping. The label was created on 20th, shipped 22 and today is 26th. Not sure where 2 day falls in this category however I do not believe this deliver will be made today nor tommorow for that. Really ANNOYED right now and my anger is with Xfinity and Fedex. Dont charge me for something you can't or wont deliver and give excuses as to why it's not received.

I have also not gotta any updates on my iPhone 12 pro. I ordered it the day it came out in the morning and haven’t gotten any info or any tracking information. All I want to know is an estimated delivery date so I can be prepared but I feel like I’m left in the dark

@brandon2341 did you get any update so far? Mine was saying delivery for Nov 4th too, but nothing, no tracking number smhh!
