No service since activation, pending activation forever
I have two lines that waiting port in from ATT. I activated one at 06/12, and lost service since then, I made about 5+ calls, chatted with 5+ live agents and get the same answer again and against which is "everything is fine, your device will get activated in 15 minutes, up to 24 hours". As in today, I've been lost my service more than 48 hours and my work depends on my phone.
Who takes 48 hours to activate a device? If I know it gonna take that long I won't ever port in Xfinity. I have no way to either pause the activation or have an estimation for the time. I want to yell but don't know to whom. In the meantime, I'm trying to file a FCC because I read from somewhere that it may help.
Xfinity please stop hostage my number and give my life back.
