No internet access, and mobile network breaks down at least once again

I have a moto g5 power from 2022.  Mobile network service became patchy until dropped calls and no internet access became a daily occurrence.  Sustomer service told me to reset the phone network settings.  It didn't help.  Then they told me to replace the SIM card.  It worked for about a month.  Now I have been without internet access for most of the past week, and calls keep dropping.

No internet access has left me dry on the road three times only last week.  The online "assistant" is no help and I'm at the end of my rope.
