No Help for Lost Trade- In
I shipped my IPhone 13 Pro Max as a part of trade-in deal for IPhone 17 pro on Sept 25th 2025. There were no updates on the tracking since October 6th 2025. I filled the missing package request with the shipping company. No updates to the request since October 10th.
I have made numerous calls to Xfinity Mobile Customer Service and also Visited to Xfinity Mobile store for the issue but received no Help. They submitted an EMC ticket but no updates on that.
I lost $1100 in credits for this and Xfinity also did not give me a free mobile line as the part of the deal of extending my loyalty from Xfinity internet to Xfinity Mobile as well.
Really Really Bad Experience and No Help from Xfinity.
