No credit for my trade in galaxy s10+

It's June now and send off my Galaxy s10+ for trade in  February!!!!!!!

Took about a month or so to show up on the app that trade in was in progress and I recieved an email that my device has been recieved.

However....the new xfinity app came out and it doesn't show my trade in nor have I ever recieved any credit and it's June now!!!!!

Do I have to follow up on this too or just accept it as a scam and change service? 

Don't really have time to correct other people's failure to do their work correctly. I'm paying to much for my plan to have to deal with this [Edited: "Language"] and now I have to pay full price for my new phone which I didn't need to. This better not be a scam!!!!!  I'm beyond mad.

They will also be able to provide you with an update on the status as well.
