No 5G UW on iPhone 13 Pro Max

I am a new customer to Xfinity Mobile using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, the current latest iPhone until the 14 is released.  I live in an all "Nationwide 5G" Verizon region which is their higher speed C Band.  I should be seeing "5G UW" on my iPhone to reflect the faster speeds, but haven't a single time in 10 days as a customer anywhere I've traveled.  My phone indicator shows usually just 5G or sometimes LTE.

Finally called Customer Service technical support this morning.  I am on the right plan ($30/mo. unlimited for 2+ lines) and they said I should be seeing 5G UW, but nothing.  They said all I can do is Reset my Network Settings which I did, and still no 5G UW indicator.

Seems there's nothing I can do (or Xfinity Mobile tech support can do) and I'm just out of luck.  Very frustrating as a new customer.

The fastest 5G UW is not Nationwide 5G. Recheck the Verizon coverage map.

@DaveO3  Agreed. C Band is fast, but not Verizon's fastest which is mmWave (generally in city centers).  But...both C Band and mmWave similarly appear as 5G UW on your phone indicator, according to Verizon.  My entire area is C Band according to the Verizon coverage map. And, I've yet to see any 5G UW since moving over to Xfinity Mobile, so something is definitely up.

Hello @user_54c806, I appreciate you taking time out of your day and want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with an awesome Xfinity Mobile expert to help get this resolved. However, due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account-specific requests over this platform.

My recommendation is to reach out to our mobile team via the following methods:

It looks like XM may show 5G UW differently and more accurately than Verizon BS:
