no 5G comcast turnersville blackwood south jersey

I used to get a 5G signal on my phones.  At some point months ago it vanished and we only get LTE coverage in this area.  I do see a 5G signal at other areas.  What's going on?  We were told to get 5G phones.  I talked to a completely useless person at customer service that assured me that everything would be restored in 24 hours.  It has been out for months and still is.

I can definitely understand the frustration.  Due to account security with Xfinity Mobile we don't have access to the Xfinity Mobile accounts. I understand that you have already tried calling customer service, and there is the chance that when you called there may have been an interruption happening. You would need to reach out to that department separately by calling or texting 1-888-936-4968 and one of our dedicated Xfinity Mobile specialists are there for assistance 24/7. It has been out for months before I called.  It has nothing to do with my account - others that have comcast service in my area experience the same thing.  How do we get real technical support that is US based and knowledgeable?

@jayz1951 I understand, however you mentioned that the day you called someone had told you it would be restored in 24 hours. Since our team does not have access to Xfinity Mobile accounts you would need to reach out via the methods listed above.
