New Unlimited Customer Throttled Immediately. Mobile data restriction based on home internet data usage, not mobile.

1-2 GB of usage after starting a new plan I received a email that I have used over 20 GB of data and my speed is being throttled. This warning is also on my Xfinity Mobile account activity page, right above the line showing I have used less than 2 GB of data in the same period on the only line on the plan.

I received this email when my HOME internet (not mobile) hit 20 GB of data usage.

Why am I being punished for using more Xfinity services instead of less? Its making me want to cancel my mobile service and find someone I'm not getting internet through within 2 weeks of first signing up.
