New to Xfinity Mobile, having regrets

How do I turn off autopay. I have been over and over the steps and they are not available under my account. Credit card on file was compromised and until it gets straighten out I need to remove that card on file and turn off the autopay.

Also, I've had Comcast Xfinity for 20 years with home cable and internet; why the heck was I not given the "new customer deals" for switching my cell mobile services to???

user_ffkhuz  Thank you so much for stopping in for help with how to disable your automatic payment for your mobile account. With mobile services, automatic payments are required. You will not be able to disable it, but you can update the information to a different account in the meantime.

As for New customer deals for mobile lines, most of the time, that would depend on your current promotion for your other services. We have lots of deals in some areas that offer additional discounts off of the lines if added after setting up one of these new promotions. There are also trade-in promotions for the devices specifically, but there is no difference in monthly plan costs for a new customer or an old one with the mobile plans.
