New taxes and fees of $1.97 add to Xfinity Mobile Bill 9/10/22

When and why on Aug. 10 did Xfinity Mobile start adding $1.97 for 911 fee*, taxes*, RRR*and UCC* fees? I have had xfinity mobile for 4 months and today was the first time I have been charged this additional $1.97 fee. Xfinity Mobile level one rep in Dominican Republic and Advanced Service Dept rep in Phillipines have no clue where this charge comes from. I cannot find anywhere on the Xfinity Mobile website they suddenly have added these new charges. Any one else being billed the new 911, RRR and UCC charges? Anyone else been charged these fees for awhile?

Comcast Xfinity does a great job of hiding extra fees when you sign up for their plans. Apparently, Xfinity Mobile is no different.

*RRR-- REGULATORY RECOVERY FEE

*UCC- UNIVERSAL CONNECTIVITY             CHARGE

*TAXES

*911 FEE==$1.97 new monthly fees

Hi I am curious of this as well. I switched from boost to Xfinity. Never had these fees. But instead of $1.97... I am being charged $6 per mo.

Am curious is it per line? I have four lines... But that results to $7.88. something isn't adding up.

Our 911 fees seem to $1.5 per line (including Watch lines: 2 phones and 2 watches = $6) and have been since we got service in 2019. The UCC and RRF are not as obvious - not sure how they calculate those.

I see where during the month we upgraded our watches they charged us $9 for 911 as if all four watches were active because they have such a fiasco activating watches - but I didn't catch that until just now.
