New phone not working
I bought a new phone which was from xfinity and tried to activate using my one of the existing xfinity sim. I was getting sim unlock error.
Does xfinity lock the devices for a particular sim? How to use the phone with another xfinity sim.

XM phones are tied to the sim that came with the phone. moving sims around causes problems and is frowned upon by XM.
