New phone not receiving all texts

Just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and some text messages are coming through, calls are working and I can send texts. Some messages however are going to my old phone even though it's no longer attached to my number, I'm not sure what else to do because I don't intend on holding on to my old phone for much longer.
