New Phone deals for existing cellphone customers
Is Xfinity going to have any deals on new 5G phones for existing customers? Have they ever had deals for existing customers in the last 6 months?

Existing customers can get $300 Cash Back on the purchase of a new iPhone, replacing their existing phone. This deal expires 10/31/2021.

Only if you have an iPhone. I have a Samsung. They tell me I can get another Samsung! That seems silly!

The upgrade can be from any phone, not just iPhone, to an iPhone by 10/21/21. I recommend doing your upgrade online.

Xfinity Mobile just recently started offering "deals" to existing customer. I've been a customer for 4 years since they moved to my area. All of the deals prior to these "deals" were for new customer or adding a 2nd line. Who would do that? Anyways, the $300 "deals" for existing customer upgrades are bogus. You will send us a $300 prepaid card, what 2-3 months after we upgrade. In the meantime, we have to pay full price for the phone ($45.83/month vs $33.33 for new customers). Even if we used the gift card towards the phone, it will not decrease the monthly payment. We will still be stuck paying $45/month, just for a few less months. Previous offers for new customers included a discount on the phone AND a gift card. Once you're in, that's it..........P.S. [HACK] If you are close to the end of paying off your old phone or are done, port your number to a cheap prepaid service. There are tons of them at the dollar store. Once ported, your Xfinity account will terminate, making you a new customer if you port your number back to them! Direct from an Xfinity employee that cares about their in store customers!

New lines with new iPhone get the $300 back over 24 months ($12.50 x 24).
Existing lines getting new iPhone get the $300 back in 2-3 Months, but have to pay full price up front.
