New IPhone 15 pro promotion ended before phones became available in store

Very frustrated with the process of trying to upgrade my phone at a xfinity store. I went in store 3 times and walked out all 3 times without a new iPhone 15 pro max phone. There is no way to call stores directly to find out if they have phones in stock at certain locations. I was given employee's business card with number and told to text . I did this 3 times and by the time I was told phones were in stock the promotion had ended for $600 for trade in. No new promotions at xfinity were offered. At this point not sure I even want to keep xfinity customer service in store is awful.
