New Customer, No phones. Help!

Hi.  Anyone had issues with ordering new phones from Xfinity Mobile?    We ordered 4 devices (2 phones, 2 tablets), we received a shipment notice indicating all 4 were shipping.  We received the shipment on time with no visible damage or tampering.  Only 2 devices were in the shipment (2 tablets).   This box weighs exactly the same as what FedEx says it weighed in their system, which suggests the phones were not in it when they received it.  I of course reached out to customer support and a case was opened, but that was 2 weeks ago.  So far, they have made it feel like I am on trial.  I try to be patient, but each call I get same response "Well, it's in the system.  Have you provided proper evidence?"  Has anyone had any similar experience, and can you provide any advice on moving this along?   Maybe I am not reaching the right support, or not providing the right info?  I feel I am on trial for the crime of simply trying to be an Xfinity Mobile customer.  Seems backwards to me 😞  Thanks for any advice.

did you see   if the  phones  that  you  order  where on  backorder  or not ?     your phones  might  come later   if so

Thanks for the reply!  Yes, I did inquire as to the backorder status, and the response was the model was NOT currently on backorder.  However, availability changes so much, maybe the info was not up to date.  Seems odd to hope our phones are on backorder, but at least it would be a specific answer, which is more than we have gotten so far.  Thanks again for chiming in!

I am having the same issue but it was 3 phones, 1 watch and the watch was not in the box.

Did you ever get a resolution?
