New Android Phone - # of rings before Voicemail picks up

Saw a closed question for this for the iPhone where the answer was "you can't change it" which seems ridiculous until I bought my new phone. It rings something like 7 or 8 times before voicemail picks up. I tried chatting with "support" (ROFL) they were useless. There's no means in the Xfinity Mobile app, the Xfinity App, the built-in Phone app, the built-in Voicemail app. I then tried the *#61# option I found via google but that didn't bring up the secret menu either. I now have a store appointment which is utterly ridiculous
