Never received promotional prepaid cards for mobile switch
Purchased phones in September after paying off att bill and unlocking phones. Purchased upgraded phones and switched service to xfinity. Promised prepaid cards in amount of phone payoff which was 415 each for a total of 830. All documentation uploaded and old phones returned. Receives a ln email on 9/18 that phones were expected and the 830 would be coming. We have received nothing as of today 12/30. This was a driving reason for switching and this seems to have been a scam. I am needing answers and the 830 dollars!

Well, after all this card would not work at Kroger today. Trust me when I say NEVER AGAIN!
We were told “debit card”. “Use however you want”. “Cash out at a bank”. Lies lies lies. Not a true “Debit Card”. For those not tech savvy it’s a [Edited: "Profanity"]. We’ll use it eventually once we figure out how. “NEVER AGAIN THOUGH”.
Called xfinity first. After seemingly endless prompts finally got a person on the line. Hard to understand as English was not his native language. Lots of back and forth. Was told upcoming bill would be credited~ $150 and rest would come off subsequent bills. Could not get across to him this wasn’t agreement. He told me wait 10 days minimum, don’t go to store or call back. He would call me back. Could not get though to him reason for call.
Later, found number for third party who helped me find virtual card. I assume third party because it was not an xfinity web address. After much effort they helped me get card. So far no luck using it however. Close but no luck yet. Can’t use for cash at bank, denied for Apple Cash and today denied at Kroger.
Have no use for Debit Cards. Don’t like them. Never used Apple Pay or the like. Never had a virtual wallet, don’t want or need one. Don’t need the aggravation.
If you are going to offer something be truthful and prompt. Doesn’t matter if at store , on phone or online. Garbage customer service so far. We left AT&T for less. I can assure my loyalty is lost and my opinions will be known to family and friends.
Just awful. Shame on this company.
