Never received device and am being billed for it

I ordered a new device adding on xfinity mobile November 5, 2020 was shipped November 6, 2020 was supposed to be 2 day shipping, never received it via Fed Ex, nobody can give me any answers and I am being billed for it PLEASE HELP

Finally discussed this with a live agent today, supposedly a new device will be shipped today..I hope so or I wont remain an xfinity customer

I’m glad to hear that they’re shipping you a replacement device. Do you mind sharing how you were able to resolve this?

I’m experiencing the exact same problem and every time I call Xfinity I keep getting the runaround.

I was finally able to talk to a live agent and gave them an earful..This was after multiple attempts of being on hold for over an hour, live chats with agents that didn't resolve anything, Im not holding my breath because I still don't have the device..This has been an extreme inconvenience I have been without a phone and service for approximately 45 days and it still isn't resolved, ( its supposed to be)..So good luck I am still quite disappointed about this and the whole process of this

I apologize, I spoke too soon, that's what I was initially told that the order was being replaced, but when I called back to speak with an agent I was told a claim was never filed and then I had to go through process all over again..still no device very dissatisfied with xfinity these days
