Never got the credit applied
I traded in my iPhone for the 700$ credit I was told and the shipped out my phone. It’s been almost 2 months and absolutely NOTHING HAS BEEN CRDITED.
have not been helped with customer support. The store employees have tried contacting support and the insurance phone company and still the issue has not been resolved. So unprofessional and it’s been a while where I have needed help , and nothing has been resolved for this issue.
