Never got credit for my trade

I sent my trade in August the 17th . They keep telling me it was never received they keep tell me it will take and extra 4 weeks I never heard of such I told them I'm going to report my phonecas stolen to Apple assurant is no help they don't know what is going on I'm going to cancel my phone service They stole my trade I'm going to contact the local news to let them know what xfinity and assurant are doing to their customers stealing all the iPhone trade on
