Network unlock for SIM card

Hi, my name is Jaycob [Edited: "Personal Information"], my address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and my phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I recently switched from Xfinity to Twigby, but when I installed my new SIM card I got and still have an error notification that says "Invalid SIM card. Network locked SIM card inserted." I contacted Twigby and they said Xfinity needs to unlock my phone so it can read the new SIM card and so I can regain service.
