Network Problems Today
Most of the day, (1/4/2021) I could not connect to a tower in Niles, MI. Also I get text message that basically says, "Something went wrong, try again later." Then it says if it continues to contact support. They are swamped. What is going on?

Yes, this is months later. I got no help from support, they could not figure it out. I put on my retired tech pants, done it for 45 years, and thought about it. I popped out the SIM card and cleaned the contacts and popped it back in and that fixed the problem.
Now just a couple of weeks ago the same issue popped up. Not 100% the same, but just about. I skipped calling support or cleaning the SIM card again and made an appointment at an Xfinity store. The young woman there was very bright, she totally understood what I explained to her of what happened before and what was happening now. She tried a couple of things and said I needed a new SIM card. She put it in and got the phone set up and since it has worked better than it ever did. I get more bars, where I got 1 I get 2 or 3, and so on. I get higher data transfers.
