Need Urgent Help – Trade-In Deadline Is July 21st but USPS Label Is Too Slow
Hi there,
I’m hoping someone from Xfinity can assist me quickly. I have two phones for trade-in, and I just realised they need to be received by July 21st to qualify for the credit.
The issue is that the return labels I received are for USPS First Class, and there’s no way they’ll arrive by the 21st if I send them now. It’s Saturday (July 19th), and I’m doing everything I can to get this handled.
I plan to take both phones to the post office today and upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority Mail Express, paying out of pocket to get them there on time. But I’ve read mixed answers about whether that will still be accepted since I’m not using the original prepaid label.
I need someone from Xfinity to:
Confirm whether this will be accepted
Let me know if I can provide new tracking numbers
Or better yet, give me a short extension if the phones are postmarked by the 21st
I don’t want to lose my trade-in credit just because of slow shipping on a prepaid label I couldn’t upgrade online. I’ll save all documentation, including drop-off receipts and tracking.
Please help—I’m acting in good faith and really need this to be noted on my account.
Thanks in advance.
