need trasnfer pin ... but not available
Xfinity is refusing to providing me with the transfer pin and account number so that I can transfer my mobile phone line to a different carrier.
They claim this item is only available via their app or online web site, however those services are not working, they have never worked for me, and Xfinity refuse to provide the necessary items by another other method.
I am an authorized manager on the xfinity account in question, and every time I log on either via the app or via the web site to obtain my transfer pin it gives an error message saying the system is not available.
The primary account holder is computer illiterate and unable to retrieve that information via her app or web account.
I am therefore permanently stuck on Xfinity against my will and in violation of federal law.
I need to keep control of my phone number since it is linked to multiple security personal profiles.
I cannot continue on Xfinity since they do not provide the international service which I need.
This is a major disruption to my life.
