need top level expedited supervisor helpl

my bills are so [Edited: "Language"] up! i have only had this service since October 1, and have been repeatedly billed for orders i didn't make. i need HELP! i am being threatened with having service cut off and that message came to my old Spectrum mobile phone number! i'm supposed to have a free mobile phone with my internet and landline services, and it has not happened yet. so sick and tired of not getting these issues resolved! come on, 3 months?

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJohnG​ such complicated instructions! i still don't have a solution from a top level supervisor. i received some refunds on my mobile, but i'm still being overcharged on my landline / internet services. it's so ridiculous it's like a get a bill every other day from Xfinity. i continue to receive messages from Xfinity on my Spectrum mobile phone which Xfinity should not even be using to communicate with me. what is wrong with this company?
