need top level expedited supervisor helpl

my bills are so [Edited: "Language"] up! i have only had this service since October 1, and have been repeatedly billed for orders i didn't make. i need HELP! i am being threatened with having service cut off and that message came to my old Spectrum mobile phone number! i'm supposed to have a free mobile phone with my internet and landline services, and it has not happened yet. so sick and tired of not getting these issues resolved! come on, 3 months?
