Hello, user_joetym! Thank you for choosing Xfinity Mobile! I completely understand how important it is to know when and how your payments are handled, and I’m happy to clarify this for you. By default, all Xfinity Mobile accounts are set up with automatic payments, so your card on file is charged each month for the full balance due. Your automatic payment is scheduled 20 days after your billing cycle closes, helping ensure everything stays up to date without extra effort on your part. If you’d prefer to make a one‑time payment before that automatic draft, you absolutely can. Simply sign in to the Xfinity app or your Xfinity Mobile account online. After your billing cycle closes—and before your automatic payment date—you can select Make a payment from the Devices section of your account. You’ll have the option to use your saved card or a different payment method, whichever is more convenient for you. If you’d like help reviewing your billing dates or payment options, We're always here to help.
user_24se0t Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with changing the card on file for your mobile payments. I'm happy that you created the post on our Xfinity Forums for our help
Chaning the card on file is usually pretty easy to do right in the Xfinity app. Once you are signed in as the primary or manager on the account you would click on Account at the lower right, and select Bill details > Autopay Method and add a new card.
Are you able to access these settings in the account?
