Need support
Just moved to a city 2 weeks ago and got internet. Was talked into getting Xfinity mobile imported my number from AT&T prepaid. Invalid SIM card Network locked SIM card inserted. I have not had phone or text service since yesterday. The chat bot won't connect me to a human and I do not have access to live calls. This is not okay. I was told at 8:00 this morning I could talk to an EOC mobile Care team but now the bot won't connect me to anyone. I had to call out of work yesterday because I didn't have my GPS on my phone to find it out of town since I'm new. Can somebody please help me? I can't call I can't visit anyone in person I don't know where anything is I don't have GPS I can't even call a cab. Thank you Xfinity. 🤷♀️
