Are you referring to Xfinity Mobile service or Xfinity Voice (Home Phone) service?

@user_83df80 I believe it might not be possible according to here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-mobile-call-text-history "Call and text message details older than six months aren't available. We don't store the content of any text messages."
