Need managers phone number or someone to help

I am having problems getting a Managers phone number or district managers. The salesman in the store refused to give it to me.  The phone has not worked properly since I got it on September 20th 2001. The phone will not get voicemail messages and tells them I have no service. The salesman tried to fix it twice says he cannot do anything but will not give me a phone number to the manager or district manager to help me!!!!

@XfinityMorgan  All I want is a manager's phone number for Williamsport Pa  worst customer service I have ever had my phone still does not work. I  had surgery so it now is involving my health that I can't get messages

I'm not asking for their personal number I want their work number Or a number I can call to get their work number so you don't have to post it.1st time I've never been able to get ahold of the manager. We'll never recommend xfinity mobile andI will Tell everybody about my bad experience !

The 800 number provided is the number you want to call. The team is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in solving issues such as yours and if they are unable to assist they are the ones who can get you over to their leadership for further assistance.
