need gift card replacement but can't find direct messaging icon.
I have a gift card that has expired and I have not used it yet. It looks like I need to direct message someone in Xfinity after reading the other answers in this forum. however, I can't find the direct messaging icon on either my laptop or my mobile. Can you please tell me how to direct message?

@user_ucrhyk Can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.
