need accounts merged

I have an account with xfinity for mobile as well as internet (wifi) and on tues of this week there should be a note in the system showing I called and the two accounts were to merge and have not been when I went into an xfinity store today to get a new phone. I have been charged $25 a month for not having more than mobile service, yet I have had both for months.
