Need a supervisor

I need someone who can help me get my phone number on my cell phone back to my original cell phone number that I had for 6 years somebody that works for xfinity mobile corporate by the name of Liz. She took care of everything else with my account but she forgot to take care of my phone number. She was supposed to get back to me way back In April and never got back to me. Regardless of my 10 emails and 5 voicemails.. If I can't have my phone number that I had for 6 years? I don't even want my account..  Very upset she did this to me.

@user_bbc057 Hi there, have you been able to get in touch with our Xfinity Mobile department? Are you still in need of assistance at this time?

@XfinityJamie​ Yes, I have tried contacting that representative that was supposed to be helping me but she still has not gotten back to me.. I'd like to get my phone number back on my account.She said that she had to Give me a different number Because my account was closed. But once my SIM arrived she would work on getting me my Original number back

@user_bbc057 If you can send us a direct message with your name and complete service address, we can look into this. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Apparently this was all just a waste of my time because nothing has been solved or fixed at all. I'm told to call the 1 800 number or reach out on chat. If that stuff worked I wouldn't be looking for help elsewhere. I wouldn't have been working with someone from escalations before coming here. Unbelievable.  Why does this forum even exist? In all honesty.  The only thing it's good for is to show xfinity customers how xfinity won't help their customers.
