need a copy of my phone payoff statement
I paid off an Xfinity mobile phone and I need to get a copy of a receipt / invoice indicating that I have paid it off. I can't figure out how to get that information online. Any ideas?

First, go into the mobile app, select devices, and see whether the device in question says something like Paid in Full. If not, select the device and supposedly your status should show up.

Since your last payment isn’t made until your credit card is charged 20 days after the close of a billing cycle, the status change may take 45 days or so.
