My Xfinity Mobile Promotional Gift Card has Expired

Hello,

 

We just went to use our $200.00 Xfinity promotional gift card today and found it just expired.

This was from our transition from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile.

Can this card be replaced?

Hey, many thanks for posting to the forum and my apologies for the delay in my response. Gladly, I’ll look further into this for you. If there has been no usage on the card, we can re-issue a replacement card that takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.


If you have yet to obtain the assistance that you require, please contact me privately with the following information;


First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.


You’ll need to click on my name ComcastChrisL in order to contact me through private message. When you do click on my name, that will take you to my profile page and from there, you’ll see the blue ‘send a message’ button. Thanks again for your time, and patience.

I am in the same boat, and with everything this last year did not get out to spend any of the card. Can I direct message you and get a new one sent out?
