My Samsung A70 phone is not making call outgoing or able to pick-up/answer some calls.

When dialing a number the phone is dead on the first call. I am always having to call a number two times before the ringing starts and connects. Also, I am not able to answer a call sometimes, it won't answer calls.

No they sent me the wrong phone and it's a reconditioned phone. WTH is wrong with Comcast??? I'm so done with them.

Read this statement from Samsung about the fix or update on the samsung a70 cell phone, not going to be able to fix the problem!

They sent me an A71 now they are charging me for that and still paying on the defective A70 customer service is a nightmare!!

That's kinda the same thing that happened to me. They gave me a a51 but charging me for the a71. Said it will work out 😡

You are wrong or this is an old post. Read on Samsung's website the update isn't working and they are going to stop any further updates or making the a70.

They activated the a51 with out my permission. They refused to make this right they think 50$ credit on my accout makes this any better. I was told by the assistant manager in olyimpia wa store that I'm either going to have to deal with the a51 or the a70. When I call they all say they are escalating this and I will hear back from them.... never heard back from them. And also they say they leave notes on my account but then other reps say no notes were left . The assistant manager said the fella from Teir 3 said that the phone was in fact a a51 5g... I have confirmed that was a lie it's just a regular a51. It's wack because I bought a case from china for the a71 uw. and the assistant manager said tuat it was also never a guarantee that we were to receive the a71 it was up to the warranty company. Even tho the email I received said your a71 is on it's way. The email didn't say hey you might recive an a71 who knows..... this is a mess.... I'm upset and it seems like they dont wanna fix this.

This whole thing is a mess. You can Google Samsung a70 Comcast mobile and see all the complaints.

I'm still trying to work with them ,I was promised they would trade out the a51 but just found out that I have to wait 30 day and they don't have any more a71 phones. They tried to talk me into just keeping this a51 .

They are refusing to replace it with the correct phone I'm taking them to small claims because they refuse to give me the correct phone and are making my pay more for a phone what's cheaper and lesser than the a70. Making me pay a70 price for an a51. Plus the assistant manager at my locat store assured me it was a new a51 5g I found out that was a lie.

Same problems with the A70 my wife and I both have them. we had to make a 16 hour drive 2 ways in 6 days and our phones wouldnt work right sitting in downtown atlanta and nashville no service in the middle of a pandmic.  no service even in clear sight of a cell tower. told 2 times from 2 different people they were replacing them with A71... no phones and no record of replacements, so many hours on hold i lost count. last told they did an update to fix them. drove an hour north again lost coverage in plain sight of a cell tower. spotty calls with phasing out. this has been a mess. currently on hold again after talking to a tier 2 person who said they will resolve my problem... lol i hated my high payment but think im done. today they wanted me to factory reset my phone and if it works he said it will be fine. ha ha yup i believe them they are trustworthy right... lol they arent going to replace the phone they are doing everything they can to avoid it. Im done gotta find a way out of this phone.

A 71 is just as bad! Not sure why if they use verizons towers.?? I found out they only use Verizons hotspots towers. Worst mobile phone company I have ever delt with!
