My Phone hasn’t shipped yet

I ordered an IPhone 12 last Thursday and it still hasn’t shipped. My money was even returned but no email as to why. When I check my billing on Xfinity Mobile, it still says waiting to be shipped. What is going on and why is Xfinity so bad at communicating these things with customers?

I ordered a 12 on the 19th and it hasn’t shipped. My old phone is dead and I can’t access my online banking. Zero helpful communication from Xfinity. I have no phone if my car breaks down and I need a phone for work. Th phone was listed as an in stock item. I’m so angry. Debating just switching to a new carrier because of this. I could walk out of T-Mobile with a phone this afternoon.
