My Phone hasn’t shipped yet

I ordered an IPhone 12 last Thursday and it still hasn’t shipped. My money was even returned but no email as to why. When I check my billing on Xfinity Mobile, it still says waiting to be shipped. What is going on and why is Xfinity so bad at communicating these things with customers?

I ordered a 12 on the 19th and it hasn’t shipped. My old phone is dead and I can’t access my online banking. Zero helpful communication from Xfinity. I have no phone if my car breaks down and I need a phone for work. Th phone was listed as an in stock item. I’m so angry. Debating just switching to a new carrier because of this. I could walk out of T-Mobile with a phone this afternoon.

@user_9c3c23​ [Edited: "Language"]?!? So who knows how long I’ll have to wait for mine. Why are they listing it as in stock if they don’t have it. Keep me updated and lmk if it ever gets shipped out.

Will do! They told me yesterday that I should get a shipping notification within 24 hours, but I think that’s bs. I will let you know though.

I gave them hell all morning and my phone was shipped out in the afternoon. I hope yours went out today. If not I bet it will ship tomorrow.

I had to spend several days on chat and redirected to different people to get any help at all. It was ridiculous.
