My line is posed since Yesterday morning due to updates of my payment method, I will update and still not work. I was catching,calling and going to the store, no one fixed or help my on my issue

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
