Multiple Numbers on One Device

When will Xfinity offer multiple lines on 1 device again? I had two lines on 1 Xfinity device and then they decided to cancel my other line without my knowing. I Lost my business line. Filed complaints with FCC and BBB. They basically told me that they no longer offer two lines on one device. I was out of luck unless I wanted to buy a second phone for the other line. Why would I want to carry around 2 phones when I already had two lines set up on one of their devices?  It's been a mess since then and I'm searching other carrier options.  Seems pretty clear, if you want to keep customers and gain new ones...offer the multiple lines on one device like everyone else does!

Adding this if it helps anyone else. I was told today that if I bring an unlocked iphone to Xfinity and have a line from another carrier, I can have that number on the phone and then Xfinity will add your existing Xfinity line to the new unlocked iPhone. You just will have two carriers on one phone.  Still messy and seems unnecessary and you can't take full advantage of the old phone buyback but at least you have two numbers on one phone.  Hope this helps someone avoid the mess I've dealt with. I would switch to the other carriers totally but budget is better with Xfinity overall.
