Moto G power 2021 Android 11 software update

 Motorola phones across many providers have received an software update from Android 10 to 11. Specifically, the moto g power 2021 version was supposed d to receive the update September 24, 2021 but all we received was au security update.

When will xfinity provide Android 11 update for moto g power 2021?

@XfinityAshley It's October 1..any update on what day the upate for Android 11 on MOTO G-Power 2021 will be?? I was told next week by your phone experts, 10/8/2021? Thanks in advance..
