Monthly Bill

Our monthly bill has been approximately $100 consistently for years for our two phones 2 mg bites of usage for 4 mg bites total for my wife and I. However, the last two months my wife’s usage has jumped to 14 mg bites, increasing our monthly bill to $350.

She has done nothing differently with her phone in terms of usage. Something is obviously wrong with your billing process, and we have not been able to get an explanation as to what is going on.

@user_tdxrse What kind of phone does your wife have, an Android or iPhone? We can provide steps to check the device's data usage and which app is using the most data to determine how the data ballooned. Has the phone been powered down and powered back on recently? Do you normally connect to WiFi to use the mobile phones or using the mobile data regularly?
