Moible service added to my account without my consent.
Same thing happen to me. I recently moved and noticed that I was still being charged by xfinity, which was strange being that I closed my account with them a few days before I moved. I went to the Comcast store to ask why was I still being charged. It turns out that the I had moible service on my account for 2 years and I didn’t know. The representative added this to my account without my consent. I have been calling Comcast and I keep getting the run around and the are refusing to refund me the money for a service I never asked anyone to add to my account. This account never had a phone number connected to it. This is unacceptable and completely disappointed in Comcast.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
