Mobile voicemail not available

I recently switched to xfinity because I have cable and internet and they been great all this years. Sadly can't say the same thing about mobile. I had them for 3 weeks and I regret it. Been trying to get my voicemail to work. Talked to 4 different people who all assured that after an update my voicemail would work. Still no voicemail and they seem to not know how to fix the problem.  Apparently been going on for a while from I read Here.

I’ve spent many many hours with Xfinity tech support. I have not had mobile voicemail for over a YEAR AND A HALF!! No one can figure it out after phone resets, network reset, new SIM card and Apple support says it is not my phone. There’s a weird glitch on Xfinity’s end. I have 5 phones with service and the other 4 do not have the issue. Pretty frustrated here too.
