Mobile transfer

Hi, I am furious. I was on the phone between Verizon and Xfinity for approximately 5 hours today. I’m trying to transfer my mobile from Verizon to  Xfinity. After 5 hours my phone is still with Verizon. I guess I have to stay with Verizon since no one from XFinity can help me. Please do not tell me to call Customer Service

I have been going through a nightmare with the people of xfinity. I see some people are filing police reports and with the BBB. I think it's time to do the same. I'm furious
