Mobile SOS / Connectivity Issue
One of the iPhones on our mobile plan is having a reoccurring issue of the phone going into SOS mode and losing connectivity where calls and text messages cannot be received or sent.
We have tried turning data off and back on, doing a reset, etc. The issue continues to happen at random times/days/locations. Can you please share what a solution might be to resolve this issue permanently.

@user_c45445 Have you tried performing a 'Reset Network Settings' process? This will often times flush out connection issues on the mobile device.
