Mobile Service Disconnected

My service was disconnected due to nonpayment, which I fully understand.  However, I was chatting with an agent earlier and was told that the only way to restore my service was to make a payment over the phone and speak with an agent over the phone.  I live alone, so I do not have another phone I can use and my current phone has been disconnected.  The agent I was speaking with via Xfinity Assistant disconnected the chat and the bot keeps giving me a message saying “all agents are busy, please use this phone number”.  

How can I contact someone to restore mobile service if I am unable to use my mobile phone?
