Mobile porting promo

I ported 2 phones from consumer cellular and activated with Xfinity. One was Feb 26th the other was March 1st 2026. The promo at the time was 200.00 for each line ported. I have waited the 90 days and still haven't gotten an email or anything concerning the promotion. How do I get the 200.00 per line visa gift cards?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
